Student Body President: Championing Voices and School Pride
As the student body president, I have proudly worked my way up from my freshman year, driven by a commitment to ensure that every student’s voice is heard and valued. My leadership focuses on fostering an inclusive environment where all perspectives are acknowledged, creating a strong sense of community and belonging.
I actively promote school pride through various initiatives and events that celebrate our unique culture and achievements. Additionally, I invest in future leaders by mentoring my peers and encouraging their involvement in school service projects. Through collaboration and engagement, I strive to create a vibrant school atmosphere where every student feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.

Black Appreciation & Education Club: A Home for Expression and Community
As the driving force behind Black Appreciation & Education Club and the first executive member following the founders’ departure, I transformed the club into a vibrant community space where individuals can express themselves freely and find a sense of belonging.
Through strategic outreach and engaging programming, I successfully increased our social media following to over 300 supporters and drew up to 200 attendees to our community events. This growth reflects not only the club’s popularity but also its impact on our school environment. By fostering an inclusive atmosphere, I have provided students with a supportive platform to share their voices, celebrate their identities, and build lasting connections, making our club a true home for everyone involved.
Georgia Association of Student Councils: Communications Executive Board Member
The Georgia Association of Student Councils (GASC) is dedicated to empowering student leaders across the state through collaboration, advocacy, and skill development. As a student executive board member in charge of communications, I play a vital role in facilitating effective information sharing among student councils and schools.
My responsibilities include managing communications strategies, overseeing social media platforms, and ensuring that our initiatives and events are well-promoted and accessible. This position allows me to enhance engagement among student leaders while developing my own leadership skills and fostering a sense of community throughout Georgia’s student councils.
Diamond in the Rough Mentorship Program: Empowering Future Leaders
As a participant in the Diamond in the Rough Mentorship Program, I have the privilege of serving as a role model and mentor-in-training to younger girls, guiding them through their personal and academic journeys. This experience has allowed me to grow as a leader, honing my skills while making a positive impact in their lives.
Within the program, I am actively involved in CORE Leadership, where we focus on essential areas such as leadership training, public speaking, and community outreach initiatives. This unique combination of mentorship and leadership development not only empowers the younger girls we serve but also enriches my own growth as a leader, equipping me with the tools to inspire and uplift others in our community.
